What you will do
This is a full-time HR role for someone with 1–2 years of experience. You read applications for the open jobs and internships, decide whether to continue, and write a reply the person can understand.
When you continue, you set the next conversation and keep a note of what was decided. The applicant should not have to guess the status.
What you hand in
- A decision note
- Continue or decline, and the reason taken from the application and the role. The note is specific to that person.
- The reply
- A message the applicant can follow: what happens next, or that Schoolabe will not continue, without a stock paragraph.
- The next step
- If you continue, a time for the conversation and who it is with. The waiting list shows who has not had a reply.
Skills
- Reading an application
- You compare the resume with the role that was posted. You can say which requirement it meets.
- Replies
- You have written candidate replies for about 1–2 years. A decline states the decision in plain language.
- A waiting list
- You can say who is waiting, who has a conversation booked, and who has been answered.
Who can apply
- You have 1–2 years in hiring, recruiting, or coordinating candidates.
- You can show how you would reply to one application: continue, or decline, and why.
- Full-time, work from home.
What to send
- The application form on this site. It is free, and you need a Schoolabe account.
- A short sample: how you would reply to one applicant for the Python developer role or an internship.
- Schoolabe writes back if they want to continue. Pay is in the offer letter, and only if you are accepted.
Free to apply. You need a Schoolabe account. Selection is not guaranteed.
