- The course is cancelled by Schoolabe before completion
2.2 Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds for the current billing period are available if cancelled within 3 days of the billing date
- No refunds will be issued for partial months already used
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of purchase may be eligible for a prorated refund
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Digital products that have been fully accessed or downloaded
- Certificates of completion
- Services that have been fully rendered
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Gift purchases (subject to separate terms)

If Schoolabe cancels a course you have purchased, you will receive a full refund or credit toward another course of equal value, at your choice.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in the permanent suspension of your account. We are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns you may have.
7. Currency and Taxes
All refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original transaction. Any taxes paid on the original purchase will be refunded as part of the refund amount. Please note that currency conversion rates may vary between the time of purchase and refund.
